[Zope] ZMI and Mozilla 0.8.1 problem

I and several others reported this in the pre 0.8.1 nightlys.  It turns out 
to be a Zope bug.  I believe that a fix is in CVS.  A patch was posted a 
couple of weeks ago to one of the Zope lists.
