[Zope] INSTANCE_HOME example

Hey everyone,

I wonder if someone would be so kind as to post an example of how they're
using INSTANCE_HOME and SOFTWARE_HOME on a Linux server. Which directories
are you using for them? What does your start script look like? I've searched
the list and read the "Make your life easier with INSTANCE_HOME" How-To, but
I'm just not quite putting it together.
