for those of you who are not french-enabled ;-)))

blah blah blah blah... the SIT has taken this into account "the tool must
adapt to the users" says Didier Georgieff, who created with Didier
Barthelemy this collaborative website for 3000 agents of 40 different
administrative service. they will collaborate on bas-rhin.sit.gouv.fr which
presents the particularity of being made with zope an open source project
freely downloadable on the internet. from now on, documents like meeting
reports and new decisions are found next to informations about housing, food
safety or water policy. service manager are now feeling more like project
managers than just implementers...

this is just a quick'n'dirty translation of what's interresting here, the
rest is just about the general use of the internet in the french
administration and has nothing to do whatsoever with zope ;-)))
