Apparently, the acquisition chain is broken.
This could happen, if "manage_addExtFile" would be a DTML object.
You should check the "signature" of "manage_addExtFile", i.e.
what parameters it wants.

Furthermore, we might help you better, if you include the
traceback in your problem report.
