Give Anon permission to "Access Contents Information".

That should fix it.

I was running behind Apache, but got rid of that so
clear things up a little. There is a Zope root
acl_users with 2 manager accounts. The root folder is
set up for the Manager to do everything, Anonymous can
only view things, and Owner does nothing. I can do
anything I want to the site except View the content.
It prompts for a password, but will always deny access
no matter what account I use. Anon access no longer exists...
