[Zope] ZODB FS FS21 ERROR

Every time I try to pack the database I get this error

2001-05-18T10:45:52 ERROR(200) ZODB FS FS21 ERROR: Bad reference to
('\000\000\000\000\000\000\034h', '')

The database packs ok, but I am not sure what it means.
