[Zope] Q: Verifying the poll numbers

A for charge option sounds good, with caveats.
It most definitely shouldn't be based on Mozilla, it's too slow and heavy
(sorry ActiveState).
It should be cross-platform.
This is starting to sound like a job for Python isn't it.
Also the price shouldn't be exhorbitantly high.
