Let me tell you that this seems great and important news for the zope
community. I have the strong feeling that an ide would boost zope popularity
/ usability / enduser power.

I think some ide has been built for frontier (radio userland :
http://radio.userland.com/download.html ).
I have no idea if it worth looking at, but maybe there are some good ideas
there.
