I have to be honest and say I find Wiki's next to useless for this kind of
discussion, since I don't get prodded when new bits of discussion arrive.

If Ethan could give us a mailing list that would be cool, but, to be honest,
SourceForge comes with all the infrastructure nesessary, incudling mailing
lists, for this kind of project, it's easy to get going and doesn't  put any
strain on DC's resources...
