[Zope] Some advice on "best" practice?

Hi All,

Perhaps these newbie questions are a bit stupid, but here goes:

1) What's the best way to analyse the Z2 web logs? Do they 
conform to some standard web log format?

2) What the best shopping cart/e-commerce solution for use with 
Zope? (What's being used successfully out there on real live 
websites?)
