[Zope] Why no properties, just views for objects on win32 Zope 2.3.2?

Comrades,
I've just installed win32 Zope 2.3.2 as a service on NT 2000 Pro(and I also
manually started it on Win 98). Problem is when I click on an object like
"standard_html_header" in the management interface, I just get the view of
the object, not it's properties. No tabs, no opportunity to manipulate the
object, just the rendered page as though I'd clicked on the view tab.
Everything works normally on my linux box, so what's up with Win32 Zope?
Any ideas?
