actually, it is: <dtml-var your_ammount fmt="dollars-and-cents">
which is considered very ugly and I hope it will get deprecated
soon as possible ;)
However, in your case it is exacly what you want.

(I say I dont like it because I have the internationalisation in
mind. A world that not only consists of $ money ;)
