[Zope] Problems with ZopeTime

I'm getting this traceback when trying to work with ZopeTime:

I call ZopeTime from within a Zclass (DTML-Method) with a line like this:

<input type=hidden name="datum" value="<dtml-var ZopeTime fmt="%Y/%m/%d -
%H:%M:%S">">

If I call as manager all goes well. The error occurs when I have a user with
reduced rights. Do I need a certain right for ZopeTime? Can anybody give me
a hint on why it gives me this error?
