[Zope] Bug importing products ??

The attached product can be imported from Zope 2.4.2 Linux, but not Zope
2.4.2 on Windows. (Import it in the folder /Control_Panner/Products)
Well, this product is a bit strange, because it uses classes of itself, so
in Linux zope must be rebooted in order that this product works well. But
I am not sure this error I am having in Windows is related with this.
I also have this same error importing the file .tar.gz generated by the
"distribution" menu.
This is the error:
