Just FYI, it's used by the windows service so the z2 script doesn't fork =
off=20
a management process. That process is used by Zope on unix-alikes to rest=
art=20
the server if it dies. On windows, I believe you would use the standard=20
windows service restart mechanisms. I have almost no experience with that=
=20
though, sorry.
