[Zope] Automatic Cataloging

hi

On our intranet site we have a lot of documentation. All workers can
upload / change / delete their documents.

To provide a useful search I need an automatic recataloging everytime
somebody changes something. Whatever a worker adds a pdf-file or a
dtml-method / document somewhere on the site, the catalog has to be
updated.

How can I handle this?
