[Zope] Change Date Format

HI All,

What I want to do is to change the standard date format for zope. When I
submit a news item or a document, it says Last modified on 2001-10-11 for
example, I want to change the format to GMT, i.e.. 11-10-2001 (DD:MM:YYYY),
this is for all submissions.
