I just released Photo 1.1.0 with WebDAV / FTP support.  I think Dreamweaver
has some bugs with WebDAV.  It doesn't behave consistently when I use it, so
I'll have to look into that some more.  The FTP support seems to work just
fine.  Give it a try and let me know how it works.
