[Zope] CLIENT_HOME NameError

Hi:

I am updating Zope from 2.3.2 to 2.4.2 on FreeBSD 4.4-STABLE.

What is the best way to go about this?

Previously, I have just installed the new version, copied over
the Data.fs, and then fixed up whatever products it told me it
was missing when I tried to start up. (I usually do not install
the products first, as some things get added to the base system
that make them unnecessary, like ZPT)

This time, I installed Squishdot and TinyTablePlus, as asked,
but now I get:

NameError: CLIENT_HOME

when trying to start z2.py (using start)

I searched yahoo! groups, and see one unanswered message similar
from August, and a couple from last year. The recommendation was
to try to get a traceback from App.FindHomes, but I can't
find the lines the message referenced.

Am I going about this all wrong?
