[Zope] Patches for WebDAV and Windows XP

Just for your information:

The current Zope versions will not work with Windows XP through WebDAV.
The CVS trunk and Zope-2_4-branch now contain patches to
lib/python/OFS/ObjectManager.py and lib/python/OFS/PropertySheets.py
to fix this problem.
