[Zope] install of 2.4.2 on NT4 fails

I tried to install zope 2.4.2 on an NT4 box. The install fails 
immedialtely with an "internal error".

The box is NT4, sp6a + security roll-up, NWClient 4.81 and 
Netshield 4.5. AMD K6-2/500MHz with 256 MB of memory.
Any idea why it fails?
