[Zope] structured text inner/named link still do not work

I can't confirm your problem. The InnerLinks.stx file
from the STXNG regression suite is the following:

    This is the InnerLinkTest

      see also [1] and [2]

      .. [1] "Zope Book" by Amos Lattmeier and Michel Pelletier

      .. [2] "Python Book" by Guido van Rossum

The generated HTML looks fine and correct:
