[Zope] Accessing Zope with Emacs and ftp

Hello,

I am having trouble accessing Zope via Emacs using ftp:

when trying to open file: /user@localhost:8021:/ a connection is
refused,
"ftp: mismatch address family: protocol not supported"

Version: GNU-Emacs 20.7.1
also happens with
Version: X-Emacs 21.1

Help appreciated.
