[Zope] [ Help ] Management with user without Manager-role, but all the permissions

Hi,

this is a problem that I seem to stumble and don't find a solution. 

I have a user with a role, that has actually all the roles set in the
Management screens. User gets into the management screens, but can't for
example edit Images or Files - even though he has permissions to do so.
When clicking image in ZMI user gets to see the Image, not the
manage_edit - screen.

Wtf?

Zope version is 2.3.2
