[Zope] SiteRoot locked out, how do you unlock Siteroot?

   DON'T PANIC (in big friendly letters) - you data is intact. You can
delete SiteRoot by FTP. Or you can go to
   http://localhos/_SUPPRESS_SITEROOT/manage to temporary suppress
SiteRoot.
