[Zope] External Python method not reloaded in 2.4.1

Hi,

Zope is started with the -D option.

in Zope-2.4.1 external python methods are not reloaded, when they change =
on
the filesystem. That works at least up to  2.3.3 I don't have a 2.4.0 sys=
tem
running to test it.
