[Zope] Core Session Tracking 0.8 and Zope 2.4.x?

Hi Peter,

remove "id = 'session_id_manager'" from the SessionIdManagerInterface class.

This is told by Chris a month or so ago on the mailing list. (I guess you
can find an entry on the nipltd search of the mailing lists)
