[Zope] Zope and Content Management on High bandwidth sites

Just a thought for a feature for Zope or the CMF.  Today, as many major news
sites are overloaded, they are removing images or not serving images from
the pages to decrease bandwidth usage.  While this is by no means a common
occurence, we might  consider adding to either zope or the cmf, the ability
to turn off serving of images.
