[Zope] webdav + ms word

I can't reproduce the problem at this time because my Window ME refuses
to work with any other webdav servers. The problem with 'index_html' is
that Office 2K tries to acquire a lock for 'index_html.' (yes, index_html
plus a dot)
and then it seems to be confused about the answers it gets from Zope.
