[Zope] error messages

Hi Fritz,

my limited experience has been that if any dtml code in
standard_error_message becomes broken in *any* way, then the whole thing
stops working.  I find it safer to have only very basic dtml code in there -
preferably just static html.

What could possibly be the reason?
Can i change the file name that zope defaultly looks for?
