I fought with something similar for at least several hours several
months ago: my method is posted at
http://www.zope.org/Members/mwr/NFGnav_Sitemap, and you can see the
results at http://www.cae.tntech.edu/

I may have to make a couple of minor changes to the howto to reflect
recent updates, but the vast majority of it should be identical to my
existing working setup.
