[Zope] Zope, (2.4.1), crashs, always

Hi,

I have a big problem. My new Zope-Installation (2.4.1) crash always.

In the Logfiles there is this schema:

I installed the modul NISUserFolder. We have a lot of groups and user, which 
are member of one-ten groups. Can this be the problem?
