[Zope] CMF Newbie Question

What are the simple steps, to publish content in CMF?
When I create a Topic, Folder or Document (doesn't matter) and publish it, 
it is not viewable for anonymous on the top level. Adding a News item and 
publishing it does work. Where do I have to add code, so that existing and 
published folders are seen?
