The examples may be written in a different typeface. They may be written
in a smaller type. You would not notice them.

Or they can be moved to a hyperlinked page. Imagine each command had a
hyperlink. Whoever wanted to see the example would just click the
Examples hyperlink, and the examples would open in a new window.

A DocBook style could be devised that would render hyperlinks for web,
and small typeface for printed publication.
