Probably. Search the mailing list archives (via Google).

You will find:

   Zope crashes due to a bug in Python (Python script compilation).
   Only recently solved.

   FASTCGI/postgres crashes (because PostGres tampers with the
   SIGPIPE handler)

   Zope crashes due to bug in Python and Zope related to
   RestrictedPython. Solved with Zope 2.5 and Python 2.1.2
