[Zope] Newbie: Win Me reboots with Zope

Hi, 
I've just installed Zope 2.5 on Windows ME.  Double clicking start.bat causes the machine to reboot.

Running z2.py with IDLE also causes a reboot. 
I'd read somewhere that Norton Firewall can cause this but I only use Norton antivirus and disabled it everytime I tried to start Zope.
    
Can anybody help?
