[Zope] Upgrading Python 2.1.2 -> 2.1.3

Hi,

The change list of python 2.1.3 says to fix a bug that makes zope crash =
under certain circumstances.

Should I rebuild Zope after installing this new python ("python =
wo_pcgi.py") ?
