Hi, Ken.  Sorry for taking a while to get back to you: I was out of town.
Briefly (since I think this will mean you can't use it), yes, my virtual
host tools are really only useful for working with Zope.  And,
unfortunately, no, there are not any Zope tools that I know of to help with
virtual hosting content outside of Zope.  Zope is not a language, of course
(Python is its primary language), but an environment.  If you don't want to
work with Zope (and RDBMS content) primarily, with external content as
occasional extras, then you may need to look elsewhere.

If you have any other questions please feel free to ask.  I am cc'ing this
to the zope list in case anyone wants to correct me.
