The answer for Zope is the "SiteAccess" product.
When "ISA" allows more complex URL rewriting, you can use
a VirtualHostMonster (VHM).
Otherwise, you need a "SiteRoot".
There are documents on Zope.org that explain their use.
I do not know an answer for IIS.
