[Zope] Replicating ZSyncer

A portal being CMF? ZSyncer doesnt work with CMF since its got lots file
system based stuff in it.

ZSyncer will only allow you to sync objects you have managment access to
you, so if managers cant manage the portals thanks to security, they wont be
able to sync it either.
