[Zope] Installing PIL WAS: TIFF files

If you look at the instructions for my Image_corepatch product
(http://www.zope.org/Members/bowerymarc) there's something about that.
Bottom line, put a link to PIL somewhere Zope's python interpreter will find
it.  I think it's in python/site_packages, but check.
