Here, not Zope is to blame but either Python or your C library:
Line 395 of "DateTime.DateTime" contains: "rval= localtime(t_int)".
"localtime" comes from Python's "time" module.
The "localtime" function under Linux is able to cope with
non-positive arguments ;-)
