Redownload the win2000 package.
If you have to unzip make sure the TAR file smart CR/LF conversion is
UNchecked (configuration, under miscellaneous)
If this still does not work you should check your permissions with your
system administrator.
Maybe you can persuede him/her to make an exception :-)
