My prefered solution would involve an External Method: "hasOwnAttribute",
implemented as:

	    from Acquisition import aq_base

	    def hasOwnAttribute(obj,attr):
	      return hasattr(aq_base(obj),attr)

and then test "hasOwnAttibute(A,'B')".


An alternative would be "'B' in A.objectIds()".
