short: Yes, it is

more: WAP is like HTML, but you have to use other TAGs, Look under
w3c.org for specification. You can use DTML-Documents/DTML-Methods like
you are used to, but you have to change them for wap-tags or create new
one. You have to copy standard_html_header/footer/error_message to
standard_wap_header/footer_error_message change it like the
WAP-specification say, call your wap-methods.
