[Zope] ParsedXML and Python-Devel

Hi,

please excuse this stupid question but I can't find the answer: where do you 
get the python devel and how do I install it (Suse 8.0)?

(I know it's a stupid question because I found the answer about a year ago 
when I tried to install ZMySQLDA. But I spent 2 hours now and I can't find 
it again...)
