[Zope] adding user problems

I am having a problem adding a user only to a specific folder.
I want the user to have control -only- over that folder so that
is the only place where I have entered her. 

If you are familiar with the example guestbook, I want them to 
be able to simply delete entries. I have address here in the
guestbook folder only, and with "manage" priviliges.
I restarted zope from the browser, and then quit the browser and
restarted it.

What am I missing?
