[Zope] External method will not run...

The problem turned out to be a permissions problem (had to add the "zope"
user to another group).  Once I had done this, I neglected to restart Zope
which is why it worked from the command line and not from inside Zope.
After I restarted Zope, all was well.

Might help if you told us a little about this method (like gvie us the code
;-)
and what error message or other response (or lack of response) you're
getting...
