[Zope] ZMI Security tab won't stop auto-refreshing itself when accessed via Apache2

Never seen anything like that before. i suspect it's 'cos Zope isn't 
often run on WinXP.

Perhaps you could check the Zope's logs? Try another broswer? Try 
another OS?
