[Zope] How to change permissions of ExtFile ??

I have created an interface for users to upload 
files to a zope server and everytime they upload the 
files I create an ExtFile to keep the file metadata. 
 
The problem is .. I want the files only to be 
accessible by Authenticated Users. How can I do this 
via a Python Script ? ( I Know how to do it manually 
using ZMI ) I want to do it dynamically using a 
python script.
